About

Dr. Amardeep Pathak is one of the few Transfusion Medicine (MD, DNB) specialists in India, with special interest in apheresis, Immunohaematology (IHL) & Component separation techniques.

His focus is on advanced techniques in transfusion medicine such as automation in IHL lab, NAT lab, automation in component separation & therapeutic apheresis procedures.

He has started partial mapping/extended phenotype matching of donor's & patient's blood for transfusion to prevent alloimmunization.
