Pain in cancer patients is a multifaceted suffering which can be ameliorated by a multi pronged approach, involving techniques and strategies to produce disease remission along with pain relief and longevity. The cancer patient in pain needs attention from various experts, judiciously applied so that the principle of “Primum Nocere” is adhered to at all times.
