Mr. Amit Malik

Mr. Amit Malik, currently overseeing the F&B and Housekeeping Departments as DGM – Facility is a consummate and seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in Operations management, Food & Beverage Management and Client servicing, trainings in the hospitality/hospital industry.

He comes from a very humble background and graduated from CCS University (Meerut) in 1997. Post-graduation he started working in the hospitality industry and underwent Operational Management Training Programme during the same. The managerial skills learned during the same and the eye for perfection provided him a disciplined focus upon the efficient and effective delivery of support services for the organizations that he serves.

His virtuous manpower handling and team building/handling capacities have always ensured that standards like relationship building, customer satisfaction, revenue escalation and error free day to day operational duties are met not only by him but his whole team with effortless ease.
