This is the second time, my father is getting treated in this hospital – around 7 years later. The experience from then to now has been abysymally low and pathetic.
1) The Security staff treats the patient’s family members as some thief. They misbehave , talk rudely and are highly insensitive. They are definitely not sensitised at all that the cancer patients and their family members are already traumatized and above that the hospital staff’s attitude.
2) Especial mention for the nursing staff. They have all their attention towards everything except patient and patient care is their least priority. Even for a basic thing like patient feed, you have to call the nurses at least 5-6 times. And their lame excuse is staff is very less.. in that case, where is all the money going that the hospital is charging?
3) TPA – the hospital is not on network of most of the TPA’s. And they are very coy about this fact and joke that you can just do this and do that! Everyone knows how much cancer treatment costs are and no cashless facility for most of the corporate policies is a real pain!

Overall, this hospital is very casual about the fact that they are treating a deadly disease and associated trauma with this. This time, I would not recommend this hospital to others.
