Had bad customer service experience at basement level cash counter. Seeking WIFI Connection – the person at counter was very unhelpful and refused to take deposit despite I have filled the form with ID proof as per the guidance of enquiry counter. IT department is ready to give connection but the person at cash counter ( basement office ) very rudely denied the service. I have spent 45 min in this process and did not get the service.
All other departments and staff are really very helpful but one such bad experience undo the efforts of whole team.
Please IMPROVE the process and make that particular staff understand that the power given to him is to help customer not assert it on customer and harass them.
