Giant cell tumors are locally aggressive bone tumors with controversial managements strategies, especially in the reccurrent setting. Moreover, newer Insight Into the biology of the disease has brought forth many advances in the treatment options available.

Pathological bone fractures are common complications of metastatic disease and some times are associated with primary bone neoplasms. There remains a confusion about how to go ahead with the evaluation and treatment of these fractures.

The purpose of the CME is to discuss the latest and robust evidence currently available for the management of GCT’s of bone, and cases of pathological bone fractures.

The content of the program is targeted towards residents and practicing orthopedic surgeons. The CME will have focused lectures on pertinent issues followed by panel discussion by eminent national and regional faculty.
