NURSICON19 – Burden of Cancer “Battle Together… Challenges, Possibilities and Innovations in Cancer Care”

With great pride and honor, the Department of Nursing at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (RGCI&RC) Delhi, announces a two day National Nursing Conference to be held on 1st and 2nd November 2019 at Hotel Crowne Plaza, Rohini, Delhi – 110085.

The Theme of the conference is: Burden of Cancer “Battle Together… Challenges, Possibilities and Innovations in Cancer Care”Oncology Nurses care for people of all ages who are diagnosed with cancer. Oncology is a challenging field in which Nurses support patients, families, and caregivers through the stress of diagnosis and treatment, and the anxiety of many uncertainties brought on by the disease, including facing mortality.

The Criteria for Poster Presentation

  • Size: Standard size (approx. 22″x26″)
  • Individual entry only
  • Lettering and design of the poster should be bold and big enough to be seen from a distance and should not be electronic or printed poster.
  • For bringing clarity of the poster, restrict yourself to one idea relevant to any one of the topic.

    • Don’t let cervical cancer dull your sparkle.

The Criteria for Clinical Case Presentation

  • The presenter should have taken care of the patient.
  • Abstracts for case study presentation are to be submitted via email latest by 1st October 2019. (email: nursingeducator@rgcirc.org)
  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and the accepted abstracts will be intimated to the author by 15th October 2019.
  • Top 6 abstracts will be selected for the 10 min each oral presentation in the conference, of which best 2 papers will get attractive awards.
