The annual conference of the Society of Nuclear Medicine India-Northern Chapter (SNMI-NC) is being organized by the Department of Nuclear Medicine, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre (RGCIRC), Delhi, in collaboration with the Indian College of Nuclear Medicine (ICNM).
The theme of the meeting is “Quantum Leaps in Nuclear Oncology.”
This is an effort to share knowledge and exchange ideas about the rapidly growing field of nuclear oncology and its move toward precision medicine. This meeting will cater to nuclear medicine physicians, oncosurgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, technologists, medical physicists, and scientists.
The meeting includes five interesting sessions on nuclear oncology: thyroid malignancies, neuroendocrine neoplasms, response assessment in onco-imaging, prostate cancer, novel techniques, and radiopharmaceuticals. The academic feast includes lectures and panel discussions led by distinguished national and international speakers. As a whole, this is a consensus-building exercise in challenging clinical scenarios with practice-changing experiences.
