• Won 2^nd prize in Inter Medical Quiz Contest held in 2004, organized by Dhanwantari Medicos Association, Nagpur
• Demonstrated Live Surgery – Hemithyroidectomy at NWZ – AOICON 2016 at GMC, Jammu 24- 25^th October 2016.
• Well trained in Fibreoptic Laryngoscopy, Bronchoscopy and Upper GI Endocscopy procedures.
• Expert in life saving procedures in Head & Neck surgeries and difficult Emergency Tracheostomies
• Have performed more than 100 Total Laryngectomies and more than 20 Gastric pull-up procedures.
• Well-adapted to CO2 Laser Assisted Conservative Laryngeal surgeries
• Have performed more than 200 thyroidectomy surgeries and more than 10 injection laryngoplasty procedures
• Have performed more than 1000 Commando Surgeries independently, and assisted in more than 500 Commando surgeries.
• Have assisted in more than 100 Skull Base surgeries.
• Routinely engaged in Voice rehabilitation sessions and Voice Clinic.
• Contributed three chapters in the Book – Essentials of Oral Oncology, published in 2021
• Played role of Chairperson- Workshop on Intraoperative Nerve Monitoring in Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgeries at Max Superspeciality Hospital on 22^nd March 2025

• Hands-on Head & Neck Cadaveric Dissection & Reconstruction Workshop along with Microvascular Reconstruction at UCMS & GTB Hospital, Delhi, held from 12th to 14th October 2017.
• 5th Hands on course in Transoral Laser Surgery & Medialisation Thyroplasty at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital & Reasearch Centre, Pune held on 10th & 11th March 2017.
