Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (RGCIRC), through its Department of Philanthropy & Patient Welfare Services and Department of Pediatric Hematology Oncology & BMT, organized a heartfelt conference जीव शरदः शतम् “Wishing Young Cancer Warriors – Health, Happiness, and Hope” on 26th February 2026 at Indraprastha Hall, Rohini, Delhi.
The event brought together healthcare professionals, survivors, caregivers, volunteers, and supporters to celebrate courage and resilience in pediatric cancer care. The program featured inspiring addresses by institutional leaders and distinguished guests, followed by insightful sessions on survivorship, early diagnosis, and holistic cancer care. A meaningful panel discussion highlighted the many layers of cancer care and the importance of nurturing hope beyond treatment.
Impact stories shared by caregivers and volunteers added a deeply emotional touch, while expert talks focused on ensuring a meaningful life after cancer. The event also marked the release of the publication “Healing Hearts: Stories of Young Cancer Warriors,” Vol -2 reinforcing RGCIRC’s commitment to compassionate, comprehensive, and patient-centered care.
