RGCIRC has appointed Dr. D. S. Gangwar, a retired Senior IAS Officer, as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Bringing over 35 years of administrative experience to the role, Dr. Gangwar previously served as the Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, where he oversaw the financial management of premier medical institutions like AIIMS. In his new capacity, Dr. Gangwar is tasked with spearheading the institute’s expansion and modernization efforts, ensuring that RGCIRC remains a leader in affordable, high-quality cancer care while optimizing its operational and financial efficiencies. He expressed his commitment to building on the hospital’s legacy of excellence and accessibility for patients from all walks of life.
