Premsagar (Director Department of Neurosciences, RGCIRC) highlighted that while brain fog is commonly caused by stress, lack of sleep, hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, or medications, persistent cognitive changes accompanied by warning signs such as recurrent headaches, seizures, vision problems, weakness, personality changes, or speech difficulties could indicate a brain tumour.
