RGCIRC’s Childhood Cancer Awareness Month initiative, “One Journey, Many Hearts,” was featured across leading media platforms including Press Trust of India (PTI), The Pioneer, Dainik Jagran and Pharmabiz, highlighting the importance of addressing the emotional and social needs of children alongside medical treatment. The coverage featured insights from Dr. Gauri Kapoor, Medical Director, RGCIRC, Niti Bagh, and Dr. Vineet Talwar, Medical Director, RGCIRC, who emphasised that childhood cancer care extends beyond treatment to include emotional wellbeing, rehabilitation, family support, survivorship and helping children regain confidence and reconnect with everyday life. The initiative brought together children undergoing treatment, cancer survivors, caregivers and RGCIRC’s clinical, nursing and administrative teams through discussions and interactive activities focused on supporting children and families throughout the cancer journey and beyond
