RGCIRC Academics is a centre of excellence dedicated to advancing oncology education, clinical training, research, and professional development. It brings together experienced faculty, structured academic programmes, competency-based learning, and real-world clinical exposure to develop highly skilled, ethical, and future-ready healthcare professionals.
The Academy encompasses DNB and fellowship programmes, nursing and allied health education, continuing medical education, certified skill-development programmes, research initiatives, and academic collaborations. Through multidisciplinary learning and continuous professional development, it promotes a culture of academic excellence, innovation, patient safety, and evidence-based clinical practice.
