Dr. Amit Kumar Mittal is Senior Consultant in Department of Anaesthesiology, with special interest in managing and giving anaesthesia to difficult and prolonged surgical procedure. He is having 12 years of experience in Anaesthesiology.
He routinely provide anaesthesia for various Robotic surgeries, Commando surgery with free flap reconstructions, Thoracic surgery, Laser surgery, Major Uro-genital procedures, Gynae-onco surgery, Gastro-intestinal surgery and other surgical procedures. He also provides perioperative pain management services and intensive care. He has special interest in incorporating new gadgets and technique for patient’s anaesthetic management.
“Role of Lung Ultrasonography in routine anaesthesia practice” is his initiatives which finds place in leading anaesthesia publications.
His professional objective is to contribute towards improving the quality of anesthesia and critical care, and for this he try to keep acquiring new skills and learning new techniques.
