About

Dr. Amol Bansal is an experienced Pain Medicine Specialist with fellowship training and expertise in interventional pain management. With a foundation in Anaesthesiology, his primary focus is on diagnosing and treating complex acute and chronic pain conditions, utilizing advanced USG and fluoroscopy guided procedures.

He completed his M.D. in Anesthesia, Critical Care & Pain medicine followed by advanced training in Pain Medicine at AIIMS, New Delhi. His clinical experience includes interventional pain management, medical and onco-critical care, trauma care, resuscitation and pain related care. Expert in targeted nerve blocks for advanced cancer pain relief. Specialized expertise in managing complex pain associated with oral, head and neck and GI cancers. He has contributed to the training of doctors in pain medicine techniques and has extensively attended and participated in various pain medicine conferences.

He has also been actively involved in undergraduate medical teaching, academic presentations, research publications and professional workshops. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he contributed to the training of doctors and paramedics in oxygen-therapy devices and medical management.
