He has experience of working in the field of Anaesthesiology and Critical Care for more than thirty years and has worked in various super specialties of anaesthesia like Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, Gastrointestinal, and Plastic and Maxillofacial surgery. He is a certified Instructor accredited by the American Heart Association for imparting training in Basic and Advanced cardiac life support. He has special interest in management of difficult airway using Fibreoptic bronchoscope and Video laryngoscope guided techniques. He has extensive experience in performing Ultrasound guided blocks and various regional anaesthesia techniques for intraoperative and postoperative pain management. He is on panel of examiners for conducting Theory and Practical examinations on behalf of National Board of Examinations besides being an External examiner invited to various universities for conduct of postgraduate examination.
