Mrs. Madhumita Dhall

Director Nursing

Col. Madhumita Dhall, having more than 36 years of experience, is an alumna of the College of Nursing, Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, was commissioned into the Military Nursing Service and served in the Indian Army for 23 years. Her service spanned major hospitals across the country, including high-conflict zones in J&K, the Northeast, and Punjab. She notably demonstrated exceptional leadership and clinical skills during the 1998 Nagaland ambush, managing mass casualties under extreme conditions. After retiring, she transitioned to healthcare administration, contributing to institutions like Fortis Memorial Research Institute. She actively empowers nurses through participation in national and international conferences and has initiated certification courses for nurses.

Her qualifications include certifications in Advanced Nursing Administration, Paediatric Nursing, Intensive care, Medical Tourism, Infection control, NABH standards and Healthcare quality management.

She is a recipient of several awards, including the Health Care Personality of the Year and Topmost Healthcare Leader (Global), Professional women Achiever Award (WSN 2025). She is also an active member of TNAI, CAHO, INS India, and ONS. Her professional journey is marked by leadership, innovation, and dedication to nursing excellence.
