Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre (RGCIRC) hosted its second annual Onco Critical Care Conference, bringing together experts, intensivists, and health professionals to address challenges in oncology critical care. The event highlighted the need for specialized care units to manage severe conditions in cancer patients. Key discussions included the role of AI in healthcare, CAR T Cell Therapy, and infection management in stem cell transplant recipients. RGCIRC’s CEO, D S Negi, emphasized the importance of ongoing education and research in improving patient outcomes, while Dr. Parveen Kaur stressed that intensive care is a vital component of comprehensive cancer treatment.
