RGCIRC conducted a Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme in Ludhiana in association with the Indian Medical Association (IMA), bringing together medical professionals from across Punjab for knowledge exchange on critical areas of cancer care. The sessions focused on recent advancements in breast cancer management and paediatric oncology. Expert faculty from RGCIRC, including Dr. Pankaj Goyal, Senior Consultant – Breast Surgical Oncology Unit II, and Dr. Sandeep Jain, Senior Consultant – Paediatric Haemato-Oncology & BMT, delivered detailed presentations on new treatment protocols and evidence-based practices. The CME emphasised the importance of early diagnosis, multidisciplinary collaboration, and updated therapeutic approaches to improve patient outcomes.
