Published : 24 August, 2023

Cancer patients are a special group of patients who need specialised ICU care. The quality of ICU care or critical care can make a big difference in determining the outcome of cancer treatment or life expectancy of patients, said Dr Parveen Kaur, Consultant and Head MICU, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute (RGCI) and president of newly founded Onco Critical Care Society (OCCS).
