Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre (RGCIRC) hosted a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program in Panipat, in collaboration with the Indian Medical Association (IMA). The event aimed to address rising cancer rates and combat misconceptions about the disease. Key speakers, including Dr. Vineet Talwar and Dr. Himanshu Rohela, debunked myths and discussed managing pathological fractures caused by cancer. Experts emphasized the importance of early diagnosis, accurate treatment, and avoiding misinformation. The program, attended by local medical practitioners, aimed to equip healthcare professionals with cutting-edge knowledge to improve patient care in the face of a growing global cancer burden.
