FIRST APPOINTMENT
Overview
On your first day visit to hospital you are required to bring all you existing medical records that include:
- Pathology reports especially biopsy/FNAC report
- Radiology report especially PET CT/ CECT/ MRI
- Report of any endoscopy/ colonoscopy that you have undergone
- Discharge summary if you were admitted in any hospital recently
- OPD prescriptions if any
- Drug history of any drug that you are taking currently.
In addition we may require reviewing few investigations tools:
- You may be asked to get blocks/slides of biopsy in case biopsy/FNAC is already done outside.
- You may be asked to get PET CT/ CT/ MRI reviewed for which you need to get CD of these radiology investigations
