Patient was shifted to 2551 N in 5c at 8.40 pm and after 15 mins when one of the attendant was informing my family about the shifting from ICU in the corridor one of the nurse namely NEESHA yelled on me that I should go and talk at bed side when I ask about other patient’s will get disturbed that’s the reason I came out of ward to talk.She mis behaved with me like I was in some municipal hospital and called some guy from admin don’t know the name who pretends to be superitandent of the hospital who is only listening to his staff only and without ascertaining facts threatening me of getting discharged right at 10.48 pm in evening and banned one of the attend to entry in hospital and advised me net time to visit any other hospital. I request your good self please go through the cctv footage of the corridor and see the reaction of her when I was saying sorry to her but she yelled at me too and was again came back like she want to make a scene. Please look into the matter and do the needful as this is our last visit in your prestigeous hospital. There are too many good hospitals in india according to your staff thanks.
