ADO Sameer Nagpal of RGCIRC is very mannerless and inhuman. I went to him humbly for a query, so he said u give us money so we give you service and spoke very rudly.He did not even helped me with my query and stated bluntly that “तोह मैं क्या करूँ। हर कोई यहां यही कहता है।” I was shocked to see how RGCIRC ADO was talking and behaving.I will share this complaint to DM of Delhi and official Twitter page of CM and PMO to showcase how the medical staff is behaving in such a dreadful time of corona
