I report to my allocated room at 1130 hrs and till 1205 no one has come to provide pillow on bed, hand towel, drinking water, patient uniform, amenities etc. For this i had asked twice on reception counter as well. The ward lady when came she asked me i was not there when u came. Is this my responsibility to report to everyone for all these services?

This happened with me when I admitted my patients earlier as well for which I reported but i hope u took all feedback very casually.
