I had taken appointment for telemedicine for 1420 with OPD ID 6712716. I logged in and joined the session at 1410 and kept on log in upto half an hour but no one has come to join. After sometime i got message that my appointment is at 1530, without any prior info to me. And now i am still waiting for someone to join. I have paid the fee as well for appointment. Request you to please refund for me and if dr cannot join for telemedicine, you shouldn’t book the appointment please.
