Very poor management. I had booked an appoinment since friday for Monday for 2 pm. I visited hospital around 1:15. And its 4 pm and i have no idea if the doctor will be able to see us.
If the doctor has to see admitted patients or other review patients in the appointed time, why take appointments? Time is immportant for all after all…. It has happened to me every time i have visited the hospital and its kind of harrassing… Necessary management action should be taken…
