Hospital Billing Department becoming pathetic day by day..it took 1 hrs after TPA approval. I don’t understand that why should we provide ID proof for taking back our money. If i still consider ID case is okay then if i am asking them to keep money in Hospital CR no then still i had to give IDs copy and i was strongly told if you keeping money in CR no then you’ll surely face struggle when you will want to use this money. I never faced this type of behaviour due to hospital internally changes. System getting worst by this change i think you should take some action against this.
