Not satisfied with hospital services.
There are few suggestions:
1. Registration वाले counter पर ही cash जमा होकर doctor का name मिलना चाहिए ।
2. Doctor को check up के बाद सभी tests की fees एक ही counter पर जमा होनी चाहिए तथा test होने वाले room के number मिलने चाहिए।
3. Test fees जमा होने की सूचना संबंधित test room में computer द्वारा पहुंचनी चाहिए token number के साथ।
4. सभी test rooms के बाहर digitally serial wise token number दिखने चाहिए व उसी क्रम में patient के test हो सकें।
5. Tests की report संबंधित doctor के chamber में व संबंधित patient के phone में पहुंचनी चाहिए।
