POOR BEHAVIOR OF IP BILLING STAFF. me and my wife(had surgery past week)visited IP Billing staff for discrepancy related to billing. Despite the fact that entire amount of bill was already paid and an amount of around Rs 1100/- was due on hospital, Staff named Sh Shamim Baig sitting on counter at around 10:30 AM replied in a very arrogant and pathetic manner and told us to get out. He behaved, as if, he is doing a favor to us and told us to go away as he was doing public service free of cost on public holiday of Diwali. Extremely poor and completely unacceptable behavior of staff.
