This is regarding the Pelvis MRI done on 02-Jan-2023. The doctor’s prescription clearly said Pelvis MRI with contrast and billing was also done accordingly. Test was done with IV Contrast only. However, the report says non contrast. This is very casual approach towards reporting. I have called the department thrice since yesterday (03-Jan-2023) and spoke with Neeraj and Rajiv. Both confirmed with images that the test was with contrast only and it is a clerical mistake with report. They also assured that it will be fixed but despite several follow ups, report is yet to be fixed. There is no mechanism to track the request as well.
