The nursing staff needs rigorous training of attending patients. Came to daycare today and Ms. Meenakshi, the Nurse on duty was so casual in attending. Even for 2-3 patients at her Risk, she was annoyed and lethargic to attend.
My patient had a port issue so I Requested to call a senior Nurse to monitor while chemo port flush was being done. She complicated it and send us to the cath lab. We expected a Medical staff from cath lab to come upstairs but the patient had to go down herself. Too poor team Coordination as a 15-30 minute procedure took 3-4 hours.
Its only because of Dr Sumit Goyal that we come here, rest of the staff is par low in professionalism. Hope someone is listening to this Grievance with empathy and compassion.
