My brother in law, Varun Sharma is undergoing treatment in your esteemed hospital. Till date he had undergone a surgery and 2 cycles of chemotherapy. 21st June, 2019 he was admitted for his 3rd cycle of Chemotherapy.
Respected Sir, I would like to draw your attention towards certain matters. First of all, the staff that has been appointed… 90% of them are highly rude and Indesccent. A person is coming with a trauma in your hospital with the name “CANCER” attached to them. This trauma gets multiplied with the rudeness that generally people face. 26th June was my brother in Law’s discharge. Because of the stupid fellow Sunil on duty on the 2nd floor ward, our discharge was done at 09:00 pm. This is because he said he will not send the file for billing. First we will have to return the extra medicine, and then until and unless the last chemo is not over, your file will not be sent. We have a TPA. Obviously it’s not a 5 minute job. It takes time for approval and settlement. Then why is there no provision of doing it a bit early. Then, Mr Bhardwaj, who is your so called PRO. He is so loud.
A lot of artificiality is shown to you.
Sir, take a round of the hospital without informing anyone. Then you’ll be able to see the True face. It’s an era where social media is on a high. I can also use it. But I don’t want to.
Kindly ask your staff to be little polite and make some changes in your system so that it gets convenient. Nobody is coming happily here. Try to understand the pain of the people. They are paying you. Nothing is free.
