Dr. Prashant Kumar is a Consultant in GI Onco Surgery and Liver Transplant Services at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (RGCIRC), New Delhi. He is a focused Gastro Surgeon with over 5 years of experience performing a wide spectrum of surgical procedures across Hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) oncology, luminal GI, colorectal, and complex hernia surgery. He brings thorough expertise in modern surgical practices including advanced open, laparoscopic, and robotic GI surgeries.
He has been trained in Robotic Surgery on the Da Vinci Surgical System, performing complex GI oncosurgical procedures using minimally invasive robotic technology.
